Nigerian-American actress Uzo Aduba was born in Boston, Massachusetts to Igbo parents who emigrated from Nigeria before she was born. She’s best known for her role as Suzanne ‘Crazy Eyes’ Warren on Netflix’s Orange Is the New Black—a role for which she has won two Emmys, making her the only other actor to join Ed Asner in wins for the same role in both the categories of comedy and drama.
